Speakers

Oana Lungescu

NATO Spokesperson

It is a privilege to be able to be a small part of history in the making — both as a journalist and as the NATO Spokesperson.

As NATO’s principal spokesperson, Oana Lungescu provides strategic advice on press and media to the Secretary General and the North Atlantic Council, directs and oversees all the public messaging of the Secretary General and the Deputy Secretary General. She also coordinates with allied nations and NATO’s military commands on all NATO communications including crisis-communications, as well as directs all media aspects of NATO summits and other major events.

Cristina Falcone

Vice President of Corporate Affairs

UPS® Europe

We have one life to leave a positive mark during our path. I’ve had so many amazing people help me, so I am doing my best to pay it forward.

Cristina Falcone leads UPS Europe’s strategy and execution for public affairs, communications, community relations, and sustainability. Her advocacy work includes roles as policy chair and board member for the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union, steering committee membership for the Brussels Women in Trade Network, chairing the advisory board of the Rise and Lead Women Network, and executive sponsor for the UPS Europe Women’s Leadership Development Business Resource Group.

Erzsébet Fitori

Group Head of EU Affairs and Relations

Vodafone

Having held a variety of leadership roles across the telecoms sector since 2005, I continue to learn every day about new kinds of resilience needed by women in the industry.

Heading Vodafone’s Brussels office and representing Vodafone as board director in various industry organizations, Erzsébet Fitori leads the company’s engagement with EU institutions and key stakeholders. Prior to her career at Vodafone, Fitori served as director general of the FTTH Council Europe, the pan-European trade association representing over 160 technology innovators, network operators, and investors across the fiber value chain. She has also previously served as director of the European Competitive Telecommunications Association.
